From now on, PianoRoom offers a fresh approach to production, release and distribution of your musical work/album, and takes care of its basic promotion. We realise that everything begins and ends with money, so we have developed a different model of financing your musical project.
During the last two years, PianoRoom has been offering a fresh approach to recording serious, jazz and original piano music – or music that requires piano accompaniment. We have management to bring the experience of recording music to numerous musicians. You could easily say ‘Mission accomplished!’ and be done with it… But that is not really the case.
We have found out that many artists long for help with the next step: presenting their musical creations to a wider audience. It can easily happen that their music does not reach many people and so the artists do not manage to come into the spotlight. The music industry is focused on big names, musicians who record for big record companies and perform in large concert halls. There is nothing wrong with that - except for the fact that only a few exceptional pianists and musicians can hope for such a career path. We have decided to offer help to everyone else as well.
From now on, PianoRoom offers a fresh approach to production, release and distribution of your musical work/album, and takes care of its basic promotion. We realise that everything begins and ends with money, so we have developed a different model of financing your musical project.
We expect you to purchase 120 CDs with the music you will record at PianoRoom. That covers your part of the recording costs and costs associated with creating the CD.
However, PianoRoom also takes care of the additional distribution of 80 CDs. That way, we cover the basic costs of the project. The profit from selling additional physical or digital copies is split in half – between the musician and PianoRoom.
You will gain a product with which you will be able to promote yourself and present yourself in the media and at performances, where you can also sell physical copies of your CD. Your first step to gaining a wider audience will thus be taken.
